Installation with LAN cable

This is the simplest way to install the Buzzboxx. Firstly, make sure you have batteries in the remote 2 x AA size (not supplied). Insert the Lan cable (not supplied) into the unit and connect to your router.

Now connect to your sound system via the line out with a mini jack cable or if you have an optical input, connect with the cable provided for even higher quality. Connect the power cable to the Buzzboxx and the wifi light will start flashing rapidly on the front panel, wait until it stops flashing (up to 30sec). Now you are ready to use the remote control, select from 1 - 6 depending on you genre profile and the music will play within 5 secs. That's It! To change genres simply select the number on the remote. To shut down press the red power button. Switching on is the same process with the red power button and remember to wait until the wifi icon on the front panel stops flashing before selecting your genre choice.

An IPhone or Android mobile phone is required. Download from the respective App stores 4Stream, it's completely free and virus checked. The mobile needs to be on the same network as the Buzzboxx i.e. the mobile is using your router to connect to the internet, not your mobile service provider.

After installation on your phone, connect the Buzzboxx to the power adapter. When you open the App on your phone it will start searching for the Buzzboxx, after the device has been found a wifi connection option will display. Select your network and enter the password as requested. The Buzzboxx will now connect to the internet. Now close the 4Stream app and uninstall from your phone as it is not required to operate the Buzzboxx.

No, the unit is supplied as part of the monthly contract and must be returned should the contract be terminated .

If you wish to cancel your contract, email us at admin@holabuzz.com The cancellation will be from the end of month of the date received in your email. We will then send a returns packet for the Buzzboxx

If the box isn't returned in a timely manner, further monthly charges will be incurred. You can check the state of your account for invoices etc by 'account' on the menu bar with your signup email address.

We do not collect data for any other use than to manage our services. This data is not kept on our web servers. All credit card transactions are handled by Stripe via their tusted secure portal.

Our service requires a Music Public Performance License, Google your country for the local collection agency.

We supply a usb stick as part of the contract, containing backup tracks matching your music profile. Select USB on your remote, should you experience network outages from your internet provider
